Job Description
|
Function as a technical administrator for Single Sign On (SSO) system which resides within the electronic commerce infrastructure. In this capacity, the candidate will work closely with the SSO Service Team, EC Web Hosting Service, the EC Architecture Service, and others as necessary. The related responsibilities include:
* Operational administration and first-line troubleshooting for SSO and the web based applications using SSO during business and non-business working hours. Including, but not limited to reviewing ClearTrust server logs, fault isolation, systems analysis, and systems performance tuning.
* Participate in system architecture recommendations to improve SSO system performance and reliability.
* Monitor SSO logs, research, report performance anomalies, and make recommendations.
* Respond and report on all production outages or application issues.
* Interface with external vendors to identify and resolve issues and differences in products and services support by SSO and the EC3 architecture.
* Research vendor and related product websites for patch installation. Determine impact and co-ordinate installation with appropriate areas.
* Co-ordination of change management for scheduled changes and downtimes associated with SSO and its environments.
* Working with the EC Web Hosting and EC Architecture Service Teams to monitor the performance of the SSO environment and determine capacity needs.
* Create and maintain system operational documentation and support the SSO operational readiness certification process.
* Co-ordinate and participate in meetings to gather and communicate progress and issues.
· Co-ordinate and work with web application business owners and developers to:
* Support the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of RSA’s ClearTrust system in all of Experian’s application environments including intranet and internet.
* Support product environment migrations, i.e. Weblogic, Oracle, Active Directory, including the planning and co-ordination of required activities with application owners using SSO.
* Interface with IT organizations to support product migrations, architecture changes, and in the planning and development of new products and strategies, including SAML.
* Determine infrastructure needs and gather technical requirements
* Assist with SSO infrastructure rollout projects and act as a technical liaison – help with the development of the business justification, schedule, purchasing/finance documentation; manage tasks and milestones to schedule
* Participate in information security architecture solutions that include SSO, ClearTrust, or alternate solutions that meet current and future requirements in information security.
* Participate in defining system test plans, performing tests, and evaluating results for the internet and intranet environments.
* Communicate highly technical information to all levels of understanding.
