Technical Skills:
Experience designing, architecting, and implementing Computer Associates (Formerly Netegrity) Identity Management/Provisioning solutions at an enterprise level.
Required 2+ years in Netegrity Identityminder web edition 6.0 SP1 implementations in a large scale deployment
Required 3-4 years in Netegrity Siteminder 5.5 or 6.0 implementations in a large scale deployment, specifically with Active Directory and Siemens DirX/SunONE iPlanet as LDAP.
Preferred 1+ year of hands-on experience with CA/Netegrity Transaction Minder
Subject matter expertise with SOAP, WS Security, SAML
Working knowledge of environments:
Application Server installation and configuration -Web Logic, WebSphere, Tomcat, etc.
Webserver experience - Sun One iPlanet, Apache, IBM HTTP servers, IIS server
Operating systems - Sun Solaris, Linux, AIX, HP/UX, Windows 2K
Database systems - Oracle, DB2
Directory services - Active Directory, SunONE LDAP, Siemens DirX, IBM SecureWay Directory

Location of work: Dallas, TX
Must be willing to provide 24x7 support in rotation schedule
Must be onsite during regular hours and available locally on weekends and offpeak for support
General Position Requirments
1) Strong knowledge of the development methodologies
2) Experience in requirements analysis for midrange integration projects with multiple impacted systems
3) Experience with project management for midrange projects with multiple interfaces and database interactions
4) Experience in troubleshooting midrange applications in a development, testing, and production environments with multiple interfaces and database interactions
5) Strong writing and presentation skills and experience in capturing and documenting status information for presentation to both technical and non-technical parties as well as different levels of management utilizing a variety of products including Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
6) Experience in estimating level of effort for midrange application modification and deployment based upon functional goals and requirements as supplied by the client
7) Experience with web based security and html is highly desired
