Job Description:
Looking for Team Members with passion to support multiple projects requiring effective multi-tasking and time management skills, responsible to support SiteMinder single sign-on (SSO) integration project initiatives.
Roles & Responsibility:
• The candidate will be responsible to support SiteMinder single sign-on (SSO) integration project initiatives.
• Position requires participation in on-call support rotation.
• Candidate will support multiple projects requiring effective multi-tasking and time management skills.
• Candidate must have good communication skills and be able to work as part of a geographically dispersed team.
• Design, install, configure, and maintain SiteMinder infrastructure & application.
• Define, setup and maintain Siteminder services necessary to support the application integration specifications.
• Maintain proper documentation related to overall Siteminder infrastructure and specific to each integration.
• In conjunction with the Enterprise Monitoring Groups, monitor the SiteMinder production environment for overall health.
• Troubleshoot problems associated with Siteminder production and test environment integrations according to agreed upon escalation procedures see “support options” section below)
• Follow the appropriate change processes to implement updates, patches, fixes and Policy changes.
• On-Call Support - 24x7 for all environments.
Technical Skills
2+yrs of exp in UNIX
1+ years working with CA/Netegrity SiteMinder or similar security products
Knowledge of Web servers, Application Servers, LDAP, Internet technology, Information Security, Netegrity, SiteMinder or similar product family.
