Job Description
|
The Institute is seeking a conscientious individual to work in a
diversified industrial, municipal and private pollution abatement
program dealing with air pollution/water/sewage/waste management.
Duties will include:conducting/reporting on inspections/investigations; preparing
technical reports; recommending remedial/legal action; ensuring
implementation of abatement programs; participating in law
enforcement activities; testifying in legal proceedings; dealing with
the public/municipal/industrial officials; participating in the
environmental response program; responsible for
coordinating with the Institute and other relevant bodies with regard to
implementation of the International Technical Guidelines on Safety in
Biotechnology;undertaking other activities
as requested by the supervisor.
