* Expertise in SiteMinder Policy testing.
* Expertise in eDirectory testing.
* Industry knowledge and best practices in all areas of
responsibility
* Communication skills to effectively provide oral and written
communication
* Working knowledge of Niku/Clarity time and Rational tools
* Quality control disciplines and methodologies
* Ability to work well and collaboratively with others
* Respectful of TMS corporate culture and standards
* Quality Assurance to oversee and ensure quality services and
deliverables
* Expertise in Testing to ensure high quality and accuracy in the
solution
